CHATSWORTH ROAD
Residential
Designing this apartment was an exercise in balance—melding soulful textures, sculptural forms, and a layered palette to create a space that feels both lived-in and effortlessly composed.
The brief called for a home that would inspire creativity, a sanctuary where the tactile meets the functional.
The design orbits around materiality—brushed gold catching the light, supple leather grounding the space, faux fur inviting a sense of softness to the sharp angles of the surrounding structures, and rattan adding its organic whisper.
Patterns and textures unfold in a way that feels natural, forming a dialogue between warmth and restraint. The neutral foundations serve as a canvas for movement and contrast, cultivating a serene energy that embraces rather than overwhelms.
